We reach for tissues when we’re sick, sad, having a meal, or tidying up, yet the tissue case is so under design.  OOM-04 turns that ordinary ritual into a timeline.

The problem with tissue boxes is that tissue paper gets stuck inside as it runs out because the box is too big and static. So the idea is having the lid sinks as the tissue empties, the two "parenthesis" shells shift, subtly marking time like an hourglass.

Modularity: This piece is part of the "Changing Entity" collection: two modular shells designed to be repaired, reused, and reconfigured over time. They are designed to be repurposed into different functions including stools, shelving system, and lamp.
